Far Cry 5 may look peaceful, however, it is anything but that. Ubisoft

Ubisoft has been real generous to gamers in these trying times. First, the company gave away Assassin’s Creed 2 for free, and now it’s Far Cry 5's turn. Unlike AC2, Far Cry 5 will only be free for a limited time. You can play the game for free this weekend, but after that you will have to make a purchase if you wish to continue playing. To make sure that you don’t waste your weekend hours downloading the game, Ubisoft has allowed players to pre-load Far Cry 5 from Uplay.

Far Cry 5 is actually a pretty big game. Uou won’t be able to finish it in two days, (unless you play it for 48 hours straight). This free weekend acts as something of a trial. If you liked the game then you can purchase it and all of your progress will carry over. That’s not the only good news. Ubisoft is also launching a massive sale for its Far Cry franchise. Far Cry 5 Standard Edition and Gold Edition are available for only $15 and $22.50 respectively. You can also purchase the complete edition for the spinoff/sequel game Far Cry New Dawn, which only costs $30.

Here are some of our favorite deals. You can purchase them over here.
