'Very Positive' Reviews on Steam
As of writing, "Dune: Awakening" has more than 37,000 user reviews on Steam, which has classified them as "Very Positive."
"After over 200 hours, I feel like I finally want to write a review for this game. I do recommend it and think it is overall an excellent survival craft game," Steam user Lief said in a review. "However, the endgame needs a lot of polish and balancing to make it feasible. In its current state, the whole game just falls apart and as someone who is already very passionate about this game and absolutely gripped by the game play, I want it to be better and flourish."
"The endgame's definitely not made for solo," Soust said in a separate Steam review. "Super fun if you're into base building and the survival grind."
4.4 Stars on Google Reviews
Over at Google Reviews, "Dune: Awakening" is enjoying a 4.4-star rating as of writing.
"If you're looking for a shallow survival game, this ain't it. 'Dune: Awakening' is deep, immersive, and unapologetically complex — and that's exactly why I love it," Google user Jorge Cobos said in a review. "The world feels alive, the faction system is layered, and the visuals are stunning. It's a game that rewards strategy, patience, and smart decision-making."
"Extremely well designed game. Very addicting when you play with other people and build a guild," Google user Dmitri Levitin said in a separate review. "The graphics are crisp, the game is well designed, and clean. Everything just works."
