So you've beaten FromSoftware's latest game, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and now the game has gotten easier? Well, fret not. Here's a mod that ramps up the difficulty of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and makes it a mix of toxicity and a pain in the ass.

This Sekiro mod is called "Sekiro Randomizer," which makes the game more challenging by randomizing items and enemy placements. Additionally, the mod also randomizes boss placement, which means you might end up being confronted by a late-game boss early on.

Here are the features of Sekiro Randomizer:

General Info:

  • The mod folder contains a hint/spoiler log that can help you in guiding through the game, in case you're lost.
  • There are no tutorial pop-ups for the sake of convenience.
  • You can re-run the mod even when starting a New Game+.

Enemy Randomizer:

  • You no longer require a Mortal Blade to land a deathblow of Isshin, Sword Saint.
  • In case you're having a hard time with an enemy, you can turn off enemy randomizer, defeat the enemy and turn the randomizer back again.

Additional Info:

  • After you've defeated Guardian Ape, different enemies may spawn in the ape's arena.
  • You don't have to worry about acquiring Divine Dragon's Tears or Aromatic Branch, as they no longer affect the game.
  • Due to the set item logic, once you have acquired the puppeteer skill or Mist Raven feathers, you can continue to enter Sunken Passage Serpent Shrine.
  • You have an option to increase, reduce, and keep the item drops the same as the base game. Nevertheless, if you choose to reduce and increase item randomization, there is a possibility that you'll find all Gourd Seeds and Memories at Fountainhead Palace.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice released last March. The game went on to win the Game of the Year awards from a number of different ceremonies.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
