Good news for fans of the mobile game Obey Me! The anime version is kicking off its second season this July. With this, fans can expect to see the brothers back cooler, funnier, and of course, more powerful.

It was in April 2021 when it was revealed that the mobile game was getting an anime version. At that time, there were doubts since the official announcements were done on April 1, the yearly Fools' Day. This resulted in developer NTT Solmare releasing another statement to confirm that the anime is real.

When the anime officially debuted on YouTube, the first three episodes obtained more than 3 million views. This could be one of the reasons why the anime is getting a second season.

What can fans expect in Season 2? For one, the animation remains to be done by Colored Pencil Animation Japan, the same one that worked on Season 1. Next, the ending theme is once again done by the Obey Me! Boys! During season one, the cool ending theme song and animation, which displayed the antics of the demon brothers’ life, were hugely popular. Hopefully, it's just as fun this season.

What else can fans look forward to this year? The podcast that was broadcasted at the same time Season 1 was released is also making a return. Be sure to tune in and enjoy all the funny and relaxing moments with the talented cast as they talk about different topics.

NTT Solmare revealed in a statement that they plan to air the podcast not only on the official YouTube channel but also in the game.

Excited for Season 2?
