Spy work is rolling out with I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and The Liar now available worldwide. While this is a sequel, there's no need to worry about not being able to play the previous game. That's because it offers a standalone experience.

The goal however remains the same with players helping The Agency bring down Zoraxis. In addition, like in the first game, players take on the role of a secret agent and solve deadly puzzles.

In a statement, Schell Games CEO Jesse Schell shared that the sequel can transform I Expect You To Die from being a VR hit to a franchise. He added that they wanted to keep what it is that players loved about the first game and expanded the world-building while adding a comprehensive narrative arc. Schell went on to say that everyone put their hearts into making sure that this game is worthy of being a sequel.
