Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War received its second update for the week, showing nonstop support from the developers. The April 29 update brought rewards for the next week of the Gunfight Tournament. It also made a few playlist changes, stability fixes, and UI improvements.

Players can now see their ping information when they are looking for a match in multiplayer mode. Speaking of MP, if you leave a match, you will still retain your progress for Multiplayer Challenges, Daily Challenges, and Season Challenges. So, you don’t have to play an entire match for just one challenge anymore.

The new week of the Gunfight tournament has started. It will run till May 6 and will come with even more exclusive rewards. So, register with your friend ASAP. This week’s playlist is changed as well and you can read the Featured Playlist below.

As mentioned above, the patch brought several stability fixes. Some issues related to Trials in Firebase Z are fixed while the stability in the Outbreak event has been improved.

Challenges

  • Addressed an issue where kills near a deployed Trophy System were not counting toward progress for the "Prepare and Survive" Season Challenge.
