Yakuza 6's Clan Creator mini game is detailed in a new trailer SEGA

Yakuza 6 is filled with tons of mini games, with a selection of games featured in a mini game-exclusive trailer. One of the new mini games this time around, Clan Creator, is the subject of the latest trailer for Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. If you enjoy getting the squad together, Clan Creator is the game for you.

According to the trailer, Clan Creator allows players to create their own fighting families by recruiting members off the street. Players can slot characters into a number of different roles, including soldier, lieutenant and advisor. Although not explicitly explained in the trailer, different characters will have different skills and attributes. This means you’ll want to make sure you have the right people in the right jobs.

Once you have your clan built, it’s time to take to the streets. The trailer mentions you’ll enter into an “epic battle between hundreds of fighters.” It looks like gameplay will be similar to any other brawling segment while playing Yakuza 6, but with way more people involved. It seems like there are also special attacks that can be used to attack multiple enemies at once. You may notice some explosions in the trailer during the fighting segments, but I don’t know what that’s all about.

The end bosses of Clan Creator are the Six Lunatics. These men are the ultimate team, and will require you and your clan to be firing on all cylinders if you want success. Players will also be able to play Clan Creator online, based on the “upload your team and take on the world” line. It’s unclear how online battles will work right now, but it’s likely these are the fights that will include hundreds of different opponents.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life will release for PS4 outside of Japan on March 20.

So what do you think? Are you excited to build up a clan and take on your friends in Clan Creator? Are there any other mini games you’re more excited about? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
