SD Gundam Battle Alliance is now available, and fans can experience a lot of the pivotal moments of the Gundam universe. The game brings together various narratives from Mobile Suit Gundam to Iron-Blooded Orphans. The game is available on PC through Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
In the game, players need to join forces to correct a world that's been distorted. To do this, players need to overcome rifts in time called "Historical Breaks" and restore the true time of each Gundam series. Each mission offers single-player and multiplayer action and lets a maximum of three players work together and make their way through the game.
SD Gundam Battle Alliance also has a progression system that requires players to develop, enhance, and reinforce their Mobile Suits using blueprints obtained during their missions. The game features fast-paced combat and players get a variety of melee and ranged attacks, combos, and charge-based special attacks for each Mobile Suit in their arsenals.
Gundam Director Jin Kimura shared that this is a game that a lot of fans have been waiting for. That’s because it allows them to relive those epic moments in the franchise. He added that fans can even play them in reimagined form. Kimura went on to say that the game can deliver a memorable experience not just for longtime fans but even those new to the series.
