It was back in July when Red Dead Online launched a big update which added the Naturalist role. This addition brought the number of Specialist Roles to five. Since then, the weekly updates have been mainly focused on Naturalists.
That said, the weekly updates lately have been rather thin, so to speak. For some in the community, the idea was that this is probably because the development team has been working on the next big update. The team also said that the new update is going to be more action-oriented.
As it turns out, that seems to be the case as Bounty Hunters are going to see their role expand.
In Red Dead Online, Bounty Hunters always need to deal with a stream of fugitives. With the upcoming update, Bounty Hunters get the chance to track down new criminals. There’s also going to be Prestigious level equipment and skills that players can unlock across an additional 10 Bounty Hunter ranks. New Legendary Bounties are going to be introduced as well along with a 100 Rank Outlaw Pass.
Bounty Hunter Missions
In preparation for this new update, Bounty Hunter missions this week in Red Dead Online are handing out double XP. A Land of Opportunities missions are also giving out double rewards.
Not enough for you? Why not get some friendlies as backup and get those bounties? Having a Posse while completing Free Roam and Bounty Missions gives up increased RDO$ and XP. The same is true for Free Roam Events, so take advantage of all of these.
Weekly Update
