Overwatch 2 December 15 Patch Balances Seven Heroes; Ramattra Buffed

Overwatch 2 has been getting quite a lot of support from the developer. Recently, the Winter Wonderland event went live, and now a new update has brought some much-needed balancing changes. Of course, not everyone is going to be happy about this, like Doomfist mains.

The December 15 patch only features balancing changes specific to seven heroes. Ramattra received a significant buff as her armor bonus in Nemesis Form increased from 150 to 225. Her movement speed also saw an increase of 20%. On top of that, her cooldown of Void Barrier (Omnic Form) was reduced from 15 to 13 seconds.

Kiriko received a small nerf as her Protection Suzu’s Invulnerability duration is reduced to 0.85 seconds. Other changes are noted below, including the nerfs for Doomfist that affected three parts of his kit.

• Cooldown increased from 3 to 4 seconds

• Minimum damage mitigated required to empower Rocket Punch increased from 80 to 100 damage

• Temporary health gained per target hit with abilities decreased from 40 to 35 health

• Now pierces through barriers upon impact

• Damage falloff range increased from 15 to 25 meters

• Movement speed increased by 20%
• Armor bonus increased from 150 to 225

• Cooldown reduced from 15 to 13 seconds

• Primary fire spread increased by 28%

• No longer slows enemy movement

• Cooldown increased from 6 to 7 seconds

• Damage reduced from 6 to 5.5

• Damage and Healing increased from 70 to 75

• Effect duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds

• Invulnerability duration reduced from 1 to 0.85 seconds
