Everyone’s favorite candy chomper is making his way to a new platform. Om Nom: Run is coming to Nintendo Switch this November 5. Priced at $4.99, it’s going to offer single-player and multiplayer options.

Om Nom had his start with Cut the Rope, a physics-based puzzle game released in 2010, initially available on iOS and Android. The goal of the game was to feed candy to the green creature named Om Nom. In each level, the candy is hung by one or several ropes that need to be cut.

It had received good reviews upon release and was even awarded as “Best Handheld Game” during the 11th Annual Game Developers Choice Awards. Since then, it has spawned sequels and spin-offs.

Like many games before it, Om Nom: Run was first made available on mobile devices. Unlike the other game though, this one was an endless runner. If you can’t imagine what that is, think Temple Run or Subway Surfers.

The version for Switch is pretty much the same as the mobile game. The character runs by itself and players must use a stick or buttons to change track, jump, bend down, run around an obstacle, overcome an obstacle, or slip under an obstacle.

Features include:

  • One Om Nom in many outfits
    • Choose some wacky costumes from crazy hats, capes, and pants.
  • More than 20 characters are available to play with.
  • Three gameplay modes: Multiplayer, Campaign, and Free Run
  • Four types of missions within the Campaign mode: Run the Distance, Collect Tokens, Perform Tricks, and Collect Letters
  • Multiplayer mode in 2 options:

    • Jumping boots
    • VR glasses
