Some items in the game that didn't work as intended previously have been fixed. For example, the extra damage of the Longsword of Right now bypasses damage reduction as it should.

You can now carry more Quartz Crystal and Black Powder. Also, the issue where the build and dismantle interactions got locked by pressing some specific keys at the same time has been fixed.
Two new legendary amps have also been added in Radiant Escalation. One of them gives players the ability to cause an explosion that leaves a pool of aetheric fire. This pool buffs fellow slayers and deals damage to Behemoths.
Both Annie and Amumu have received some buffs that should help them get back into the meta. Blitzcrank, Ivern, Seraphine, and more were buffed as well.
