The new season of Call of Duty Vanguard went live recently, which brought Season 4: Mercenaries of Fortune. The new season delivered a lot of content, including a new map, modes, weapons, and operators. Zombies mode also received tons of cool stuff.
New Operators
The two new operators are Carver Butcher and Callum Hendry.
Butcher was a member of the British Army. He was dismissed after taking injuries to his face, but he went back to the frontline and witnessed resistance fighters in action. Now, he is the founder and recruiter of the Special Operations Task Force.
Callum is a showoff who has gotten into trouble with neighbors, the law, and woodland creatures. He quickly rose through the ranks in the British Army and became a recruit trainer. Right now, he is a trainer for all SOTF agents.
New Map and Mode
The newly added map is an old one. USS Texas 1945 was first seen in Call of Duty: WW2. A 24/7 Featured Playlist has been added to the game.
Fan-favorite Blueprint Gun Game is introduced to the game. Here, you will need to kill an enemy with each weapon provided.
Zombies
Zombies mode got a lot of changes and improvements. Round-based Zombies are now available on the Shi No Numa map. Several classic map elements like Door Buys, Flogger trap, and Electro-Shock defenses are back and just asking for players to activate them. Classic Wall Buys are added to round-based zombies, and a new area has been added.
Season 4 brought a new story quest in Shi No Numa. Dark Aether's story now progresses, thanks to the new narrative Intel added to the said map. Wunderwaffe DG-2 can now be acquired in Shi No Numa via Wonder Weapon Quest. An extra DG-2 is added to the mystery box at Round 10. You can also expect tons of new season challenges.
