We’ve successfully received rare cats Macchiato and Melange’s mementos in Neko Atsume . It only took about a month of obsessively checking on our cats, but that’s not the important part. Here’s what you need to to know to get Macchiato and Melange to visit your backyard.

Macchiato gives up her Leather Choker memento pretty easily. Put out Mister Dragonfly and she’ll come around. It took us 12 visits to get her memento. She’s pretty adorable.
Melange

Melange is more difficult to please than Macchiato. We recommend putting out all three of Melange’s favorite Goodies to get him to visit. He really enjoys the socks. You will also need to rearrange the toys in your yard to attract his attention. Be sure to switch the items between inside and outside as well if you have the yard extension. It took us 48 visits to get Melange’s Cotton Scarf memento.
