This week, GTA Online introduced players to a classic side hustle which is Taxi Work. Those who are subscribed to the GTA+ Membership program get a free taxi to start their adventure. There's also the new Chameleon Paints and the monthly GTA$500,000 bonus. By the way, this is only for those on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The free taxi can be obtained at the Warstock Cache & Carry, though Taxi Work itself can be started through Downtown Cab Co. In addition to a free vehicle, members also earn 2X GTA$ from Taxi Job Tips. As if that's not enough, members can also use the services of Downtown Cab Co. for free, including a waiver on the cost to Skip to Destination, which members can use more frequently since there's only a five-minute wait in between trips.
This month, players can drop by Auto Shop or Vehicle Workshop with an eligible vehicle and get the new White Prismatic Pearl or Dark Holographic Chameleon Paints.
Gun Van
The Gun Van arrived in the game last week and is a good alternative to Ammu-Nation in terms of buying weapons; not only is it cheaper but it also has no rank requirements. The thing about this vehicle is that it can't stay in the same spot for very long. However, for members, they'll always have the Gun Van blipped on their maps. For this month, there are exclusive weapon skins offered like the Trippy Knife skin and Trippy Baseball Bat. There's also a 40% discount on Body Armor.
Freebies
To celebrate the Lunar New Year, all members get the Noh Painted Rabbit mask and Yeti Year of the Rabbit Tee. Members can also enjoy free drinks at all bars in the city. Meanwhile, members who own a master penthouse at The Diamond Casino & Resort can throw their very own complementary Members Party by choosing the option from the phone services menu inside their penthouse.
GTA+ is a subscription service available for $5.99 a month. Each month, members get a bonus of GTA$500,000 along with several benefits available during the event period. GTA Online is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
