The Director's Cut

Compared to the original theatrical version, the director's cut is longer by 26 minutes and features about a thousand revised scenes along with expanded themes and even improved visuals. Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete continues the storyline that's based on Final Fantasy VII.

The story is set two years after the fall of Midgar, which serves as a testament to the sacrifices made in order to bring peace. The world is set to face a new menace through a mysterious illness that's spreading fast. Old enemies are astir and Cloud Strife, who has since walked away from the life of a hero to live in solitude, now has to step forward yet again.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith and Red XIII escape from the dystopian city of Midgar and go to the wide world beyond. In their journey to hunt down Sephiroth, these unlikely heroes get to team up with new companions like the spirited ninja operative Yuffie and the wisecracking, feline-shaped robot Cait Sith.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is coming out on February 29 and to be available for the PlayStation 5.
