If you’re following the Dota 2 BTS Pro Series Season 4, then better be ready for more intense matches. In Southeast Asia, the Playoffs are about to begin as teams prepare themselves. In the Americas, the remaining matches are more about seeding for the region’s Playoffs.

Southeast Asia

Let’s start with the SEA. Fans in the region are truly excited with Fnatic finally getting back on the pro scene. Then, there's also TNC Predator that looks to be back on form. Of course, it won’t be the SEA without some of the “mainstays” like Carlo "Kuku" Palad, who's taking part as a stand-in for T1.

The region had seven days of matches for the Group Stage. In the end, it was TNC that was leading the pack, though not as strong as one would expect. The team had a record of four wins and three draws. T12, meanwhile, came in second with two wins and five draws. Coming in third was Fnatic with three wins and three draws and a loss against TNC.

With that, the pairings for the Playoffs are:

  • Upper Bracket
    • TNC Predator vs Fnatic
    • T1 vs Team Dog
  • Lower Bracket
    • Motivate.Trust Gaming vs Neon Esports
    • Execration vs Vice Esports

Of the teams, all eyes are likely on Team Dog, which has Abed Azel “Abed” Yusop, and Daryl Koh “iceiceice” Pei Xiang, both of Evil Geniuses. Think of it this way, Team Dog is the new Among Us.

Americas

Moving to the Americas, it’s beastcoast that’s on top after seven days of matches. The team got a sure spot in the Upper Bracket of the Playoffs. Top team 4 Zoomers appeared to be having a hard time in this tournament. They only secured third place in the Group Stage.

Still, there’s no final placement yet for the Playoffs since it will depend on the final two matches, which are:

  • Thunder Predator vs Jaguares Esports
  • Team Brasil vs 5ManMidas

The good news though, if you can call it that, is that none of the teams will be eliminated. But will an elimination happen in the Upper or Lower Bracket?

Europe/CIS

By this time, you’re probably wondering, I thought there were three regions? You’re right. There were six teams invited with Vikin.gg and Yellow Submarine immediately getting spots on the Playoffs. The remaining four teams must undergo some matches to know which one will join the Playoffs.

Matches begin on December 16.
