It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in Tower North, near the Speaker's Observatory
May has been an exciting month for fans of shooters. We’ve seen several new offerings pop up on PS4 and Xbox One this month, including Battleborn , DOOM , Homefront: The Revolution and next week’s debut of Overwatch . Of course, even with so many new options floating around, few things are more exciting to the Destiny community than Xur’s weekly arrival to the Tower. His inventory might not always inspire the kind of awe and giddiness as, say, those rare occasions when the Agent of the Nine decides to stock Gjallarhorn or Suros Regime. But there’s no telling when Xur might drop back in with another major surprise.
Admittedly, Xur’s last couple of trips to the Tower haven’t exactly been incredible. We’ve seen the Twilight Garrison make a couple of appearances in recent weeks, alongside older items like the Achlyophage Symbiote and The Stag , but most of Xur’s recent offerings have been items we’ve seen on the Agent of the Nine’s inventory dozens of times over the last two years. But, with rumors of a new Destiny expansion beginning to make their way around the web, maybe Xur will bring some extra-special gear to celebrate?

Legacy Engram - Body Armor
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with green and purple contrails available this week, along with the usual Motes of Light and Heavy Ammo Synthesis. Glass Needles can also be purchased from Xur this weekend.
