Developer Running with Scissors recently released a new update for Postal 4: No Regerts that brings in the flare gun. Players can use the flare gun to deal damage to opponents. Keep an eye out for the Mariachi NPCs roaming around Mexico playing songs. The developers have also added in a new kicking animation for the first-person view, so now players can kick NPCs with style.
