Persona 5 Atlus

Atlus released a new(ish) English-language trailer for Persona 5 on Wednesday as part of its E3 2016 showcase in Los Angeles.

We've actually seen this footage before: it debuted with Atlus's Japan-only 'Take Tokyo Tower' event on May 5. Still, English-speaking Persona fans will be able to get a great deal more insight about the game's plot, characters and localization from this updated version. This follows hot on the heels of an extended gameplay demo shown Tuesday at E3, which revealed new details about combat, after-school activities and the protagonist's Tokyo haunts.

Take a look (warning - subtitled profanity and infectious music):

Persona 5 comes to the PS3 and PS4 in Japan Sept. 15, and debuts in North America on Valentine's Day 2017.

What do you think of the new trailer? What do you think of the Phantom Thieves theme of the game? Let us know in the comments!
