Logitech G has revealed a brand new gaming mouse specifically designed to cater to Dota 2 fans. The wireless gaming mouse is called G604 LIGHTSPEED. Apart from the game, the device is also meant to target players and fans alike who are interested in Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) and Multiplayer Online Battler Arena (MOBA) games.

The wireless gaming mouse is reportedly packed with 15 programmable controls, all of which are mapped to macros, commands, and a whole lot more. In addition, it offers the tech giant’s LIGHTSPEED Wireless Technology designed for guaranteed lag-free gaming. The technology is even responsible for providing players with the much-needed High-Efficiency Rated Optical (HERO) ability for achieving optimal performance.

G604 LIGHTSPEED also comes with a 16k Sensor feature and Bluetooth capability. If you are a Dota 2 buff, you can just rebind the controls on the wireless gaming mouse and you can easily gain complete control with a simple touch of a button.

According to Logitech, the mouse comes with 240 hours of wireless gaming on LIGHTSPEED Wireless. Its Bluetooth feature, on the other hand, can run up to 5.5 months with only a single AA battery being used.

The G604 is expected to arrive later in the fall for $100. It is safe to say that it is without a doubt more expensive than the $70 G603. Still, the higher pricing make sense since it is quite apparent that Logitech has seen this more as a step up than a straightforward replacement.

The new wireless gaming mouse is indeed perfect for video games like Dota 2. These games require you to have faster access in order to better enjoy them. With G604’s features, you can have an abundance of commands for optimal gaming experience.

In related Dota 2 news, Valve is looking to make the game free of player toxicity. The studio is reportedly planning to ban players for up to 20 years, a move meant to battle bad behavior, smurfing, and hacking, among many other problems. It is worth noting that the 20-year ban is just a numerical value. In reality, the ban is going to be lifetime – it is just what the servers of the game can handle.
