League of Legends: Wild Rift Patch 4.0b Buffs Senna's Piercing Darkness

Aside from adding Zeri to the roster, League of Legends: Wild Rift Patch 4.0b made some adjustments to certain champions as well.

Fans of Senna, the Redeemer, will be happy to know that Riot has finally added a slow mechanic to her Piercing Darkness ability, similar to the PC version. Enemies hit are slowed by up to 1.5 seconds at the max level. This is a pretty huge change as Senna players will now have an easier time finishing off dying enemy champions, especially those who are trying to run away.

Most Wild Rift players use Morgana as a support champion. Riot wants to give these players more value from her Black Shield, so they’ve made a few adjustments to the said ability in Patch 4.0b.

First, the shield provided by this ability now absorbs (70/150/230/310 + 50% Ability Power) magic damage. Furthermore, its cooldown has been reduced to 16/14/12/10 seconds, allowing Morgana players to use it more often.

And lastly, even though the duration of Black Shield has been reduced from five to four seconds, this is still an acceptable tradeoff given the buffs it has received.

While the recent changes might make Senna and Morgana players happy, the same cannot be said for those who use Yuumi. Yuumi has been nerfed again, which is becoming a trend whenever Riot releases a new patch.

Her Prowling Projectile ability has its mana cost increased to 60 and enhanced current health damage reduced to 2/3/4/5/6% from 1.5/3/4.5/6/7.5%. The passive adaptive force given to her attached ally has also been reduced from 13/15/17/19% to 8/11/14/17%.
