League of Legends: Ardent Censer and Galeforce Got Nerfed Yet Again

Certain items in League of Legends give a lot of bonuses that they become the go-to choices. One of those is Ardent Censer which, according to the developers, has been providing a lot of damage to marksmen recently. To prevent things from getting out of hand, the Ardent Censer, along with Galeforce, have been adjusted in the recently released Patch 13.12.

Despite the nerf to bonus attack speed from the previous major update, the Ardent Censer is still the preferred enchanter legendary item in League of Legends as of late. To reduce this item's potency and make other options more viable, the Ardent Censer's Sanctity on-hit damage has been reduced from 15-30 (based on level) to a consistent 15 on all levels.

Galeforce, which was also nerfed in the previous patch, is nerfed yet again. This time, the attack damage bonus granted by Galeforce is reduced slightly from 55 to 50. However, the biggest change here is that the item's Cloudburst damage now scales with AD instead of critical strike chance.

  • Mid-lane Gold
    • Here comes the MONEY: Mid Lane minions are worth one less gold each before 14 minutes > Mid lane minions are worth the same amount of gold as minions in other lanes. Minion equality has been achieved.
  • Red Buff
    • Damage: 6+6*Level (12-114) > 6+4*Level (10-78)
    • Slow Amount: 10/15/25 > 10/15/20 (halved for ranged champions)
    • Health Regeneration: 1/3/9% > 1/3/5%

    • Anivia: 100% Damage Dealt > 105% Damage Dealt
    • Jax: 100% Damage Dealt > 105% Damage Dealt
    • Twitch: 100% Damage Taken > 95% Damage Taken
