Gunfire Reborn March 11 Update: UI Changes and Bug Fixes

Gunfire Reborn developer, Duoyi (Hong Kong) Interactive Entertainment Limited recently released a new update that adds new UI options and fixes some known issues. The UI got some cool additions like an option to enable/disable the FPS counter and an optimized HP bar for teammates carrying Flesh and Bones.

An issue where the game would get glitched during a cutscene while the player is reconnecting has been fixed in the latest update.

Hero:

  • Adjusted the mechanism of Magical Supply. Consumed ammo would now be recovered as spare ammo after triggering Magical Supply when the magazine is full, and the bullets would not be recovered when Magical Supply is triggered by weapon skill.

UI:

  • Added an option to show/hide the FPS counter.
  • Added special effects to distinguish shared weapons from monopolized ones.
  • Optimized HP bar when a teammate carried Flesh and Bones.

Level:

  • Adjusted entrance locations of some Vaults in Duo Fjord-Stage 3.
  • Adjusted locations of some peddlers and red treasure chests in Anxi Desert-Stage 3.
  • Adjusted locations of some peddlers in Longling Tomb-Stage 3.
  • Adjusted the number of monsters spawn in some areas of Longling Tomb-Stage 4.
  • Adjusted some destination markers in Duo Fjord-Stage 2.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where removing the mark of some weapons when Ao Bai was dual-wielding would interrupt the dual-wielding.
  • Fixed an issue where the weapon skill of Talisman would fail to trigger Qing Yan’s ascension Hail of the Bullets.
  • Fixed an issue where your teammates’ damage to enemies would increase your damage output when Lei Luoactivates the ascension Eye of the storm.
  • Fixed an issue where Gifted Man would be triggered without broken shield when using Lei Luowith Gifted Manactivated.
  • Fixed an issue where the description of the daily challenge would be displayed abnormally.
  • Fixed an issue where some status icons were displayed abnormally.
  • Fixed an issue where the descriptions of buns and ammo supply which are sold by peddler may not be displayed.
  • Fixed an issue where two weapons would be displayed incorrectly in the backpack when you actually only have one weapon.
  • Fixed an issue where the tail would quiver strongly when Crown Prince is crawling after being downed
  • Fixed an issue where the size of Calvary is abnormal when dropped.
  • Fixed an issue where the model of [Lei Luo] may become anomalous.
  • Fixed abnormal visual effects caused by Chain Lightning.
  • Fixed an issue where visual effects on the ground would linger after attacks by Lobster and Elite Lobster.
  • Fixed abnormal special effects of Rogue Arsonist.
  • Fixed abnormal background music playing at the main menu.
  • Fixed an issue where sound effects may linger after Wind God is defeated.
  • Fixed abnormal sound effects when continuously casting the weapon skill of Flowing Light.
  • Fixed abnormal special effects in the challenge event Traps will be spawned beneath the hero once in a while.
  • Fixed a softlock that could prevent progress in Duo Fjord-Stage 1.
  • Fixed a softlock that could prevent progress in Anxi Desert-Stage 3.
  • Fixed the issue where the countdown timer for the jump challenge event would not be triggered in Desert Ruins.
  • Fixed the issue where the countdown timer for the jump challenge event would not be triggered in Shoreside Valley.
  • Fixed an issue where the corrosion ball, generated with the inscription "80% chance to create an corrosion ball to chase nearest enemy whenever you make a Crit Hit," wouldn't home in on the last enemy standing.
  • Fixed incorrect spore count with the Gemini inscription "Plant a spore on the target when hitting enemy and create an explosion when the spore from different weapon meets together."
  • Fixed an issue where launcher weapons may deal no damage to Ichthyosaurus Offspring.
  • Fixed an issue where players couldn’t reload their weapons under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue where during a cutscene, the game would be glitched when reconnecting after being disconnected.
  • Fixed an issue where players may become invincible after reviving a teammate.
  • Fixed an issue where Horsehead and Elite Horsehead would deal an unintended amount of damage to players.
  • Fixed abnormal movement pattern for Fire Lizard when being hit by boulders.
  • Fixed an issue where Fiddler Crab's behaviors would become unnatural after players entering a Vault & leaving them behind.
  • Fixed an issue where Frenzied Shark would not injure and knock out yourself in a run with daily challenge theme Explosive Carnival and bonus effect "The explosion can cause damage and knockback effect on yourself."
  • Fixed an issue where Double Caliber couldn’t penetrate the shield held by Horsehead in a run with a daily challenge theme Elite Sniper.
