'Fortnite' Leak: 'Fantastic Four' Freebie Is Coming Right in Time for the Upcoming Film

A new "Fortnite" leak suggests that a "Fantastic Four" freebie is coming to the battle royale game. The news came from well-known leakers of the game, claiming that "Fortnite" will soon feature accessories representing the superhero world's most famous family who are yet to make an appearance on the island.

The latest rumor is also right in time for the upcoming Marvel Studios feature film, "Fantastic Four: First Steps," which will introduce the family of supers into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for the first time.

'Fortnite' Leak Hints at 'Fantastic Four' Freebie

A recent post by SamLeakss on X has revealed the next freebies reportedly coming to the game, with the leaker hinting at a "sports car with 4 unique decals." "Fortnite" is reportedly set to drop this update on July 15, and while it would not mean that the said freebie would be immediately available, the leaker claims it will be added to the files.

The leaker's specific mention of the upcoming free collaboration car having "4 unique decals" has led fans to theorize that it could be a nod to the "Fantastic Four," especially as there is now massive hype for the team because of their upcoming film.

This will reportedly be part of the upcoming new event on "Fortnite" called the "Summer Road Trip," which will officially drop by next Tuesday, July 22.

On the other hand, another leaker, ShiinaBR, corroborated SamLeakss' claims about this new freebie, also mentioning that the theories point to the "Fantasticar" vehicle unveiled in Marvel's new movie.

'Fantastic Four: First Steps' Is Coming Soon

According to ComicBook Gaming's speculations, should "Fortnite" bring this car to the game, it is right on time for the upcoming release of "Fantastic Four: First Steps" that will make its way to cinemas on July 25.

Epic Games and "Fortnite" are not shy with collaborating with a film to co-promote it on the battle royale in the form of a crossover as they have done so in the past.

It was also speculated by the outlet that if the Fantasticar made its way to "Fortnite," it is also possible that Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, the Human Torch, and the Thing will also follow into the game. The entire Fantastic Four ensemble has not yet made it to "Fortnite," but a previous Spider-Man skin, the Future Foundation cosmetic, is the closest there is to the family.

Recently, "Fortnite" featured a "Marvel's Thunderbolts" crossover featuring new skins and a tournament when the film released, with many expecting the same for the "Fantastic Four."
