When it comes to the lifeblood of the Southern San Andreas lifestyle, Junk Energy has long been known about caffeine and adrenaline. Its latest marketing push in GTA Online is offering prizes to players who have the courage to be part of the high-risk and high-reward world of extreme sports.
The new activity is titled Junk Energy Skydives, and it's for those who aren't afraid of heights or risking their life and limb. To start the Skydive challenge, simply look for Parachute Bags. These can be found either on rooftops or Junk Energy-branded cabins/kiosks around Los Santos and Blaine County.
Once activated, players need to take a leap and parachute through checkpoints while aiming for the drop zone. Those who successfully complete it not only get some GTA$ courtesy of the company, but also a branded Junk Energy Chute Bag.
A total of 10 Junk Energy Skydives are available to take on each day, and finishing all will award an additional GTA$ bonus. If completed with a Gold Medal standard, they will award an extra prize.
Double Rewards
For this week, there are three modes offering 2X GTA$ and RP. There's Turf Wars where two to four teams fight it out in vehicles on colorful platforms set high above local landmarks, claiming the territory of others while protecting their own.
Smuggler Sell Missions is also handing out double rewards along with San Andreas Flight School.
The Showrooms
For this week, Simeon’s Showroom is putting these on display:
- The Benefactor Dubsta, painted a Classic Blue.
- A Classic Ice White Bravado Greenwood wrapped in the Classic Full Stripes livery.
- The Übermacht Sentinel equipped with the latest customization options, complete with the CNT livery and a Matte Black paint job.
- The Bravado Youga Classic painted Classic Midnight Silver with the Surf’s up livery.
- A Classic Olive Green version of the Vapid Retinue Mk II, complete with Vapid Classics livery.
At the Luxury Autos Showroom, there's the Dinka Jester RR and Pegassi Zentorno.
Lucky Wheel
For those who aren’t yet sure of taking on the Junk Energy Skydives, they can simply head to The Diamond Casino & Resort to relax. Spin the Lucky Wheel to win various prizes. The top prize this week is none other than the Übermacht SC1.
