Eximius: Seize the Frontline developer, Ammobox Studios, recently released a new update that fixed multiple issues and made some balancing changes. The M33 Turret received fixes on certain issues, including add-ons not displaying the requirements for the next level and having an upgrade option for the Infantry and Fortification Division.

Meanwhile, developers introduced balancing changes, especially with the XM45. The XM45 now has less horizontal recoil, reduced spread with hipfire, and a better fire rate.

  • Added Annihilation Mode. Destroy the Opponent HQ to win.
  • Victory Points are adjusted to 1,000, 500, and 300 for online and offline games.
  • Specialist XM7 can now deal penetration damage. Projectiles will only penetrate a maximum of three meters and a maximum of three targets.
  • Omicron Sonic Projectile now has Airburst Behavior.
  • Demolishers and Marines can now move to the location before activating their throwing explosive ability.
  • Siege Vanguard HAMR will now show the unit name and health of the repaired target.
  • Increased Mule/Armory limit to 10 from 8.
  • Adjusted Guardian Trooper collider collision that is preventing it from accessing some spaces.

Hit Markers

  • Added a fade-out to hit direction markers.
  • Added Shield/Flesh Hit sound when the player receives damage.
  • Added a new hit marker when a shielded player is hit.


  • Contextual ping is now more visible with increased size and opacity.
  • Contextual ping pulsing animation will now loop continuously.
  • Loading screen now scales correctly up to 4K resolution.
  • RTS Production queue alignment set to left.

Balance Changes

  • Reduced damage falloff for Grenades. Grenades will now deal higher damage away from the epicenter of the explosion compared to last time.
  • XM45 overall functionality tweaked. The recoil is adjusted to have a stronger initial vertical kick and tapers off. Max range reduced and is similar to UA9 SMG.
  • XM45 CQC package fire rate increased to 25 rounds per second from 22.
  • Commanders are now limited to eight turrets per game.


  • Cleanups in Sunday Mall, Academy, Express, and Central.
  • Added new locations for Team Banners in all maps.
  • Increased weapon credits to 3,000 from 2,500 in Boss Tank Challenge.


  • Fixed multiple server-related crashes.
  • Fixed Crimson Overlord cosmetic not being applied to Ace Vanguard.
  • Fixed spectator in minimap not rendering.
  • Fixed Echelon Crew not needing Supply Center as a tech requirement to train.
  • Fixed Siege Vanguard HAMR being able to repair or damage unit multiple times.
  • Fixed Weapon Crew increment upgrade not adding an additional weapon crew member.
  • Fixed Commander not being able to assign the fifth member to an existing weapon crew after the crew member limit is increased by the Weapon Crew increment upgrade.
  • Fixed a visual glitch for additional setting scroll bar in Team Skirmish custom lobby.
  • Fixed incorrect padding for additional settings in the custom lobby.
  • Fixed spectator count not updating after spectator leaves in custom lobby.
  • Fixed a visual glitch where players can see an unequipped weapon of another player still firing in high latency.
  • Fixed Phantom Assault Scout having a different name.
  • Fixed AXR Weapon Crew Challenge "Upgrade Weapon" achievement not achievable when retrying the challenge.
  • Fixed Preferred Team Banner not being applied automatically in setup lobby of offline games.
