During the last half of the month, Epic Games Store has given several games for free. Some were must-have AAA titles like Metro Last Light Redux and Wolfenstein: The New Order, while others were niche indie games that you never would have purchased.
Epic Games Store Free Mystery Games
Today is the last day of EGS’s free mystery games. The store is giving away not one but two games. The first one is Arkane Studios' 2012 game Dishonored - Definitive Edition, and the second one is Eximius: Seize the Frontline, an FPS/RTS hybrid by Ammobox Studios.
Unlike previous mystery games, you can claim these two titles for free within a week. Both games are up for grabs till January 5, 10 a.m. EST. All you have to do is visit the game’s page and click on “GET.” After that, they should be in your library.
Future Free Games
The giveaway of Dishonored and Eximius: Seize the Frontline doesn’t mean the end of free games from EGS. The next set is revealed as well. From January 5, players will be able to claim Kerbel Space Program and Shadow Tactics – Aiko’s Choice, up for grabs till January 12.
Biggest Free Game by EGS
Dishonored might not be the best game EGS has given away this month. I am afraid that honor belongs to Death Stranding, but it’s still a title that you should play. Arkane Studios has released some amazing games like Prey given away by EGS early this year.
If you like 2012's Dishonored, then there are more games for you to enjoy. You can purchase its sequel Dishonored 2 and its standalone expansion Dishonored Death of the Outsider, both of which received positive receptions and are on deep sale at EGS. You can also purchase the games on Steam.
So, what do you think? Are you interested in Dishonored and Eximius: Seize the Frontline? Have you claimed the game from the Epic Games Store? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
