"Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's release date has been leaked even as the developers behind the game has remained silent about it. A new insider claims that the game is slated to release later this year.
'Call of Duty: Black Ops 7' Release Date Leaked
A new post by trusted insider and leaker, TheGhostOfHope (via X), revealed the rumored release date for the upcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7" game from Activision Blizzard, Treyarch Games, and Raven Software.
The leaker said that it will arrive a day later than the previous release date of "Call of Duty: Cold War," which is November 13.
There is still no basis for TheGhostOfHope's recent claim as they did not cite any source or code reference about the rumored release date of "Black Ops 7." No official confirmations have been made as of writing.
The studios behind the game only released one trailer, which confirmed "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7" to be the next game in the franchise, offering gamers a significant look into what the next story would be about.
It also introduced the return of several iconic "Black Ops" characters in the latest game, with the likes of David Mason and Raul Menendez leading the pack.
It’s a day past Cold War. I think it’s the latest a Call of Duty has ever released so take it as you will 😬😬😬

Latest Game to be Released?
According to the leaker, this game would be the latest to be released by Activision Blizzard in their entire "Call of Duty" franchise. That being said, it is not uncommon for Activision Blizzard and its partner devs to release a "Call of Duty" game in the month of November, but they usually do so from around November 5 to 11.
The company is also known for releasing a "Call of Duty" game no earlier than October, and according to GameRant, the earliest title in the franchise came out on October 12, 2018, which is none other than "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4."
While this latest rumor remains a speculation from the leaker, fans would have to wait for the official confirmation from the publishers and developers in the coming months.
They are also rumored to be setting up for a full reveal of "Black Ops 7" on August 19, with insider Geoff Keighley previously claiming that Activision will join GamesCom 2025 to share more details about the game.
For now, it is expected that "Black Ops 7" will arrive by November 14 later this year, and it is still good news for fans as this means the game is not delayed or moved to the following year.
