Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator is making the jump to two new platforms, along with some new content. The port will come to the Nintendo Switch and mobile phones, and will be called Dream Daddy: Dadrector’s Cut. It was announced by developer and YouTube personalities Game Grumps on Twitter, which drew some excited responses from the game’s very avid fanbase. Check out the original tweet below.

As far as dating sims go, Dream Daddy: Dadrector’s Cut plays exactly like the others, but features a set of characters that appeal mostly to the LGBT crowd: you play as a single Dad and your goal is to meet and romance other hot single Dads. The game first launched for PC on Steam back in July 2017, followed by a subsequent PlayStation 4 release as the aforementioned Dadrector’s Cut back in October of 2018. This version's content was fully patched into the Steam PC version to keep it in line with the PlayStation 4 release. As for what to expect, check out the trailer below.

The premise of Dream Daddy: Dadrector’s Cut involves your character, a single Dad, moving in with your daughter to the sleepy seaside town of Maple Bay. To your surprise – an extremely pleasant one, even – you discover that everyone in Maple Bay’s neighborhood is a single, dateable Dad.

Dream Daddy: Dadrector’s Cut features seven dateable Dads, each with his own unique traits and personalities, and leads to a unique ending based on your choices. Your character can be extensively customized to your liking with the game’s Dad character creator. The characters themselves are also voiced by members of Game Grumps and other YouTube personalities, so if you’re a big fan you’ll feel right at home. The Dadrector’s Cut features cut content, some new side quests, replayable minigames that you’ll discover throughout your playthrough, plus one brand-new minigame exclusive to this edition.

Dream Daddy: Dadrector’s Cut will be release on mobile devices on June 25, while the Nintendo Switch version will be released on July 2. A PC version is now available to play on Steam.
