Players of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be spending a lot of time in Conton City, which replaces Toki Toki City from the first game. In this city, you’ll be able to take sidequests, buy items, equipment and new skills. You’ll also be able to train under mentors and complete parallel quests.

However, Conton City is much bigger than Toki Toki City and you’ll be traveling from each end constantly. Thankfully, there are ways to travel that are quick and easy, including vehicles and Transport Robots that can instantly teleport you to different areas in Xenoverse 2.

Players can also fly just like they do in battle around Conton City but they’ll need a Flying License.

So how do you obtain your Flying License in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2? It’s rather simple, actually, you’ll just have to complete the Frieza Saga missions in the main story. Once you do, the Grand Kai of Time will congratulate you on defeating Frieza and award you with your Flying License.

Once you have your Flying License you can supposedly reach areas of Conton City you couldn’t before.

SPOILER ALERT! THE FOLLOWING WILL SPOIL SOME OF THE STORY OF XENOVERSE 2. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

The last few parts of the Frieza Saga are not that easy though, especially the final battle. Once you’ve reached the part where Goku becomes a Super Saiyan for the first time, you’ll help him fight off Frieza. As those familiar with the story already know, Frieza tries to blow up Namek and everyone on it but fails this is when an unexpected enemy arrives.

Frieza’s brother, Cooler, shows up and the two tyrants team up against you and Goku. What follows is the toughest battle up to this point in the story.

The final battle is broken up into two parts, the first is you’ll have to lower either Frieza or Cooler’s health to a certain level. The easiest and efficient way to do this is to gang up on Cooler, which is who Goku is facing against. The two of you knock down his health by a quarter and a cutscene happens.

Both Cooler and Frieza transform into their 100% Forms and you’ll have to fight the two of them with Goku. This time though, you’ll want to focus on Frieza as Goku will be busy with Cooler. What follows is just a slug it out fight where you will have to use every trick and item you have to defeat Frieza and then Cooler.

It’s a tough battle and if you lose in the second part you’ll have to start from the beginning again. It can be frustrating, but you will be rewarded with the ability to fly in Conton City when it’s done.
