As the Group Stage of the ESL One Mumbai 2019 winds down, the participating Dota 2 teams now prepare themselves for the upcoming Playoffs.

In Group A, Team Team took the top spot, beating Natus Vincere 2-0 in the Opening Matches and later beating TNC Predator 2-0. In the Loser's Match, Na'Vi dominated compLexity Gaming, winning both games within 35 minutes. This resulted in a Decider Match between Na'Vi and TNC.

In the first game, TNC's aggressive style was too much for Na'Vi to handle. The game ended in only 19 minutes, with TNC getting six kills against Na'Vi's two. In the second game, Na'Vi took it a little slower, picking the Medusa. TNC was ahead most of the match in terms of Net Worth and Experience. However, a team fight just above the 30-minute mark went the way of Na'Vi, with TNC calling in GG not much later. Na'Vi used this momentum going to game three to get the win.

For Group B, the top spot went to Keen Gaming, beating out Signify 2-0 in the Opening Matches and Mineski 2-0 in the Winners' Match. In the Losers' Match, The Pango made things difficult for local team Signify, eventually winning 2-0. Pango moved on to a Decider Match versus Mineski.

The first game lasted almost one hour, with Mineski finally grabbing the win from Pango. Top players of the game included Lai "Ahjit" Jay Son on the Morphling with 13 kills, and Bogdan "Iceberg" Vasilenko on the Templar Assassin with 15 kills. Pango was quick to get revenge on the second game, with Iceberg flexing his muscles on a Lina with 14 kills. With Iceberg again picking Lina for the third game, there was the expectation of another strong performance. That would not be the case as Mineski put on a show and got the victory. The game ended with Kam "Moon" Boon Seng on a Templar Assassin getting 13 kills and two deaths with Ahjit contributing 10 kills and zero deaths.

The results have Team Team against Mineski and Keen Gaming versus Na'Vi in the Upper Bracket. For the Lower Bracket, compLexity goes head-to-head against Pango. The other match is TNC versus Signify.

The first Playoff game begins April 18 at 2:30 a.m. EDT.
