Developer Supercell released a new patch for Clash of Clans and it is a big one. The Builder Base update introduced tons of new content, including B.O.B and Builder Hall level 10.
New Content
As you can tell by the name, the Builder Base update brought new things and changes for your Builder Hall. For those who are not familiar, the Builder Hall in Clash of Clans is akin to the Town Hall in your home village. Think of this as your second home.
That said, you can now upgrade your Builder Hall to level 10 in this update. Doing so unlocks brand-new features, such as:
- New Defense: X-Bow
- New Troop: Electrofire Wizard
- Laboratory allows for Troops to be upgraded to level 20
- New Building levels!
- Hero Machines can be upgraded to level 35
This patch also introduced your very own robotic construction assistant, B.O.B. Upgrading to Builder Hall 9 unlocks a series of tasks that, when completed, will give you access to B.O.B. Here are the things that you need to accomplish if you wish to get the robotic assistant's services:
- Complete 3 Gear Up upgrades
- Upgrade any Troop to level 18
- Upgrade any Defense to level 9
- Total upgrade level of all Heroes must be at least 45. Just note that the new Hero Machine starts at Level 15 when you purchase it from the shop.
When you unlock him, you will have a permanent sixth builder in your base. Take note that B.O.B effectively replaces O.T.T.O., but don't worry because O.T.T.O will still be around. In fact, he can be found in a new structure called O.T.T.O's Outpost.
Enter a New Stage
Clash of Clans Builder Base update is rife with massive changes - one of which is the second stage of the builder base. Stage 2 can be unlocked by upgrading your Builder Hall to level 6. Doing so will give you instant access to the following buildings:
- O.T.T.O's Outpost
- Reinforcement Camp
- Elixir Storage
- Gold Storage
- Elixir Pump
- Gold Mine
- Archer Tower
- 10 Walls
