Battlefield 2042: Two Marksman Rifle Vault Weapons Get All-Out Warfare Attachments

DICE deployed a new patch for Battlefield 2042 and is now available on all platforms. Update 5.1.0 brought some nice improvements, like All-Out Warfare attachments for a couple of Vault Weapons, and some squad spawning changes.

In Update 5.1.0, both M39 EMR and the SVD marksman rifles can now use weapon attachments to make them even better, including sights, barrels, and extended magazines. This is part of the company's ongoing efforts to improve Vault Weapons in Battlefield 2042, which started with the release of Season 5: New Dawn last month.

Aside from that, some squad spawning improvements have been implemented. For one, there is now a "Low Vehicle Health" prompt when attempting to spawn on vehicles from the deployment screen. With this change, players can see the state of the vehicle before heading out. Besides that, the company restricted the ability to spawn on foot with the CAV-Brawler if the said vehicle is at full capacity or is currently in combat. The company said that this helps prevent players from meeting their untimely demise upon spawning on the battlefield.

In terms of bug fixes, the issue that prevented players from being able to cancel a Danger Ping has been resolved. Furthermore, the bug that caused players to stutter while freefalling at high speeds has been fixed.
