If you are a huge fan of both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Monster Hunter World, then you are in for a treat. That is because Ubisoft just introduced a brand-new crossover event between the action RPG and Capcom’s title.

The event is already accessible and gives players of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla the chance to dress up their mount, scout, and Eivor in skins designed after the iconic monsters found in the world of Monster Hunter World.

It is worth noting that this event has long been planned by Ubisoft. Just recently, an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla data mine suggested that new armor sets would find their way into the video game. Besides the armor sets from Monster Hunter World, some were also from Destiny 2.

Obviously, the data mine was proven true as soon as the armor sets from Destiny 2 arrived last December 1. Now, just a few weeks after, Ubisoft has introduced a Monster Hunter World -themed armor set available for all Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players.

On Twitter, the studio announced that the crossover between the hit games is already live. The post includes a short video showcasing what players could get from the brand-new collaboration, like an armor set that the character Eivor can equip based on the Odagaron equipment in Monster Hunter World. There is also a mount skin and another cosmetic skin that turn Eivor’s scout into a small replica of the ice monster known as Legiana.

There are also Monster Hunter World-themed weapons that the main character can equip in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. These are the Garon Hatchet and Garod Rod, both based on the actual weapons found in Capcom’s title. The designs of these weapons, however, have been tweaked to be consistent with Ubisoft’s game.

Fans are for sure pleased with the online crossover between Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Monster Hunter World. There are those, without a doubt, who wondered why it took so long for Ubisoft and Capcom to make this possible because both have already collaborated and worked together in the past.
