World of Warcraft: Havoc Demon Hunters Nerfed, Prot Paladins Got Some Love in November 28 Update

November 28 Update
November 28 Update Blizzard

Blizzard has implemented a plethora of balancing changes in the November 28 Hotfix for World of Warcraft.

The Havoc spec for Demon Hunters got a bunch of nerfs in this patch. First, the Immolation Aura damage bonus from Burning Wound is reduced slightly from 50% to 40%. The critical damage bonus provided by the “Know Your Enemy” talent is also reduced to 40/80%, down from 50/100%.

While Havoc Demon Hunters got some unfavorable adjustments, Protection Paladins’ healing powers got buffed, thanks to the recent changes. More specifically, the healing provided by Word of Glory and Light of the Titans is increased by 40%. It seems that these buffs will allow Prot Pallies to stay longer on the battlefield.
