It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found in the Hall of Guardians, near the Crucible quartermaster.
It’s another big weekend for the gaming community, thanks to the DOOM franchise’s long-awaited return to store shelves. Of course, while many gamers plan to spend the weekend shooting their way across the Martian surface, battling whatever demons iD Software has created for its latest shooter, there are millions of Destiny players who just want to know what the Agent of the Nine will be selling in his shop this weekend. Thankfully, everyone’s favorite Agent of the Nine has returned with a fresh batch of goodies for the Destiny community. The only question is whether or not you’ll actually need any of the gear being sold this weekend.
Last weekend, Xur appeared with one of his least inspiring line-ups of the last two years. While it’s hard to be upset anytime the Agent of the Nine gives players a chance to add Suros Regime to their collections, it was far from the first time we’d seen the Crest of Alpha Lupi, Heart of the Praxic Fire and/or Young Ahamkara’s Spine in Xur’s shop. It was particularly unimpressive for those who no longer have use for Light level 280 gear, now that the cap has been raised to 335, but it’s never too late for the Agent of the Nine to change his tune.

Legacy Engram - Helmet
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with red and purple contrails available this week, along with the usual Motes of Light and Heavy Ammo Synthesis. Glass Needles can also be purchased from Xur this weekend.
