Are you tired of picking up Voidplumes in Warframe: Angels of the Zariman? If so, you’re not alone. It seems that other players are also clamoring for a way to pick up Syndicate Medallions in a more convenient way, which is why the developers released Hotfix 31.7.2 to address the issue.

Syndicate Medallions in Warframe are objects that you can pick up from your missions and can be exchanged for syndicate standing. When the Holdfast Syndicate was introduced with the Angels of the Zariman Update, it sparked conversations within the community about individual vs. team-wide pickups. You see, a lot of people would backtrack to collect all of the Voidplumes, which are medallions that give Holdfast standing. While there’s nothing wrong with it, per se, the issue is that the Zariman tilesets are pretty huge, which means missions would take longer than necessary if everyone in the squad wants to collect all of them.

To address this, the developers have implemented a quality-of-life change where Syndicate Medallions are now a team-wide pickup. So, only one person needs to collect them, and the entire team benefits from it.

Now, it is important to note that some Riven Challenges have been changed to account for this. Those that require collecting Syndicate Medallions are now solo-specific, and the amount required has been reduced to 8-12 instead of 12-16. Existing Rivens, however, will not adopt this change but will be more simplified and require something like “Find X Medallions.”

Here are the other things implemented in Hotfix 31.7.2:

  • Added Ash components to Corpus Railjack Exterminate/Volatile (4.82 to 4.88% chance), reducing Endo drops slightly.
  • Added Ash components to Corpus Railjack Survival/Defense Rotation A (13.33% chance), reducing Endo drops slightly and rearranging the drop % of rotation C.
  • Moved Oberon Neuroptics from Veil Proxima to Earth, reducing Endo drops slightly and rearranging the drop %.
  • Replaced the duplicate Meso H2 Relic dropping in Tier 2 Defense with the correct Meso H3 Relic.
  • You can now search for Incarnon weapons in your Inventory by typing “Incarnon."
  • Removed the Necramech "Engine Low Power" sound due to excessive repetition when using it for a long time at low power - a warning will now only occur when the engine is fully depleted.
  • Adjusted the Peculiar Audience Mod sounds to have more prominent laughing.
  • Adjusted textures of Orokin Heavy Gunner Arctic Eximus so it doesn't use Blitz Eximus textures.

The full patch notes can be found on the official site.

Warframe Hotfix 31.7.2 is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
