A new Rogue One: A Star Wars Story trailer is slated to air Thursday during NBC's Rio 2016 Olympics coverage. While we still don't know the specific time the new Rogue One trailer will air, the official Star Wars YouTube channel has shared a 15-second trailer tease above.

From the looks of the teaser, we see a Rebel Starfighter taking off, Jyn Erso turning back, Baze looking tired, K-2SO looking concerned for confused (it's hard to tell with droids), Cassian Andor looking smug, Chirrut Imwe looking badass with his bo staff and a new Rogue One AT-AT firing deadly lasers. However, what's missing still is a glimpse of Darth Vader, but iDigitalTimes' own Andrew Whalen believes there couldn't be a better time for the Sith Lord's introduction.

Regardless of your interest in the Olympics, it's a good idea to keep your eyes peeled on NBC during prime time on Thursday. If you're in no hurry to see the new Rogue One trailer as it airs, then waiting for the clip to get uploaded on Youtube is just as well.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will arrive in theaters on Dec. 16.
