Scorn Patch 1.1.8.0 Adds Load Last Checkpoint Option

Scorn
Scorn Ebb Software

The recently released creepy game, Scorn, may have received a lukewarm reception from fans and critics. However, that hasn’t stopped the developer from improving it. An important update just went live and it brings crucial additions to the game, many of which have to do with the save system.

Thank the gods as a “load last checkpoint” option has been added, removing the frustrations of many players. The game now features hard saves for Act III-II and safety checks for corrupted save slots. Several checkpoint positions are changed, and the positions of certain assets are updated as well.

The death screen won’t show the Load and Quit game options anymore, and the Continue option is removed for players who have completed the game. The patch updated the credits and list of Kickstarter backers. The FSR 2.0 label in the Options menu has been changed as well.
