With Rainbow Six Siege Year 4 Season 4 right around the corner, there have been some spicy news and leaks popping up around the popular first-person tactical shooter. Additionally, earlier today the splash screen for the new operation, Operation Shifting Tides, was unveiled on Rainbow Six Siege’s official Twitter account.

The new season adds an attacking and defending operator to the roster, taking the collective roster size from 50 to 52 Operators. In the new season, players will get to play with the new Indian and Kenyan Operators and will also be getting a reworked Theme Park map. Considering how well the community accepted the previously reworked maps, there is a similar expectation for the Theme Park map rework.

Previous reputable leaks have suggested that the new Operators may fulfill much-required roles in the current roster. The Indian attacker, Kali, is alleged to provide an anti-gadget device, which presumably might replace Thatcher’s role. It is also reported that the attacker will also bring a bolt-action rifle to the action. On the defending side, the defender, Wamai, is supposed to bring a deployable anti-projectile that works differently from that of Jäger’s ADS devices. The new season is set to be revealed on November 10 alongside the Pro League finals in Tokoname, Japan.
