Developer Gameparic is launching a playtest period for Project Wunderwaffe. As the term implies, it’s a way to test the game not only for players but also for developers. Those interested to be a part of this test can head over to Steam and give it a try.
Project Wunderwaffe brings players to the time of World War II when Germany is just a shadow of its power. The only way to turn the tide of the war and get a total victory is to create the ultimate weapon known as the Wunderwaffe.
For the project to be successful, players need to do two important things. The first is to develop a military base. To build the Wunderwaffe, players need efficient database management along with collecting and allocating raw materials and resources. Since the project is always in constant danger, players must fend off attacks to get extra time to complete the Wunderwaffe. Choices matter and decisions have consequences.
The second is to defend the base. The base may be hidden underground but that doesn’t mean players no longer need to be vigilant. The enemies are always doing everything they can to find and destroy the Wunderwaffe. They can attempt to bribe officers or go for sabotage. Enemies can also attack raw materials. Players need to make sure that they’re always in control of the situation and that the base is fully operational and ready for combat anytime.
