Phasmophobia Hotfix Removes Reset Save Button, Patch Notes Here

Phasmophobia Steam

Phasmophobia received the major Apocalypse Update yesterday. The said update brought new challenges, reworked the Asylum, and fixed several bugs. However, some issues persisted, so the developer released a hotfix to address these leftovers.

The reset save button is temporarily disabled until a warning gets added. The readability of Japanese and Arabic is now much better, and the names of Thai players should be more transparent. Players won’t receive free items anymore, and the heartbeat sound will end when the player character dies.

The patch ensures that the server version is displayed on the main menu, and that the animation of the old alarm clock is played for the correct length.

You can check out all the bug fixes below:

  • You will no longer get a gray eye in VR when smooth monitor view is enabled
