A new campaign is now live in Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, giving players many more things to do. The first one is rather straightforward, and all they need to do is log into the game and receive the stamp STP: Sunny - Happy New Year. This offer is valid from December 28 to January 11.
Another in-game event that started today is the 10-a-day! Free SG Scratch. Just play 10 times a day to snag some cool items from December 28 to January 4.
Boost Event
Players can also enjoy the “Ring out the old, ring in the new” boost event. This is divided into two parts with the first one scheduled from December 28 to January 4. The event features the following boosts:
- EXP Earned +50%
- Rare Drop Rate +50%
- Drop Item Preset Skill Rate +100%
Part 2 begins January 4 and runs until January 11. This one features the following boosts on all weapons and armor:
- Enhancement Success Rate +40%
- Augmentation Success Rate +5%
Urgent Quests
Players can look forward to the Pre-announced Urgent Quests with campaign boosts from December 28 to January 4. During the period, campaign boosts are live while Urgent Quests follow a set schedule. Check out the complete details here.
January Events
There are two more in-game events and both start January 4. These are:
- Pre-announced Urgent Quests with twice the Augment Capsule drops!
- Urgent Quests occur at set times.
- Players get double the number of drops - including Augment Capsule drops - for these Pre-announced Urgent Quests.
- Ends January 10.
- 5-a-day! Special Scratch Ticket Giveaway
- Complete one Daily Task each day and receive 5 Special Scratch Tickets.
- Ends January 11.
Christmas Events
In addition to the campaign already mentioned, these are also scheduled:
- Limited-time Daily Tasks
- Duration: December 31 to January 1
- Players can accept the Limited-time Task [Seasonal] Enemy Suppression until the limited-time event Christmas ‘22 ends.
- Limited-time Weekly Tasks
- The Weekly Task [Seasonal] Clear the Limited-Time Quest has two phases and these are:
- Christmas ‘22 [Seasonal] Clear the Limited-Time Quest
- December 28 to January 1
- New Year's '23 [Seasonal] Clear the Limited-Time Quest
- January 1 to January 4
Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis is set a thousand years after the events of Phantasy Star Online 2. It takes place on Halpha, a planet where ARKS and DOLLS battle for dominance. The game is available on PC and Xbox One.
