Wukong Winston sets off on his Journey To The West
Wukong Winston sets off on his Journey To The West Blizzard

It’s been a fun three weeks with Overwatch’s Year Of The Rooster event. We captured some flags, launched some fireworks and even opened a few Legendary skins in loot boxes. Sadly, it’s almost time for OW to go back to its normal self. Hopefully you got that Wukong Winston and Palanquin D.Va. If not, you still have a few more hours until the event officially ends.

Overwatch Year Of The Rooster event ends Feb. 13, somewhere between noon and 4 p.m. EST. This is a guess, Blizzard never announces when their event actually ends.

Every Overwatch event we’ve had so far has ended at a different time. Some of them ended early in the afternoon, like Junkenstein’s Terror, while others went on into the night, like Winter Wonderland. Guessing the exact time an Overwatch event ends is like asking six random strangers to cooperate in a game and not just walk in one by one and die.

Make sure you have everything you want by noon EST, or you might just miss out on having a rooster with Bastion. This event has given me a lot of great things, but the best has to be Ganymede turning into a rooster. Seeing that cock when I eventually get Play Of The Game is just too rewarding.

Don’t forget to get your Capture The Rooster free loot box before it’s too late.

'Overwatch' May Not Be Perfect, But It's Damn Near Close
Overwatch doesn't care if you've ever tried an FPS before, it holds your hands and makes you feel okay while you shoot rocket launchers, icicles and sound waves.
