With One Wasteland Now Live, Fallout 76 Shows What’s Next In 2020 Roadmap

Earlier this week Fallout 76 launched Update 22. With this, One Wasteland officially went live. That’s not all as the update also added a lot of new content like Legendary Perks and Daily Ops. It also means the start of Season 2. You can read all about that here.

Because there’s a lot of new content arriving to the game, the team at Fallout 76 said that they’re going to make some adjustments to the 2020 Roadmap along with the Community Calendar.

There’s no question that this year has so far been good for Fallout 76. When the 2020 Roadmap was first unveiled, it showed that the Steel Dawn questline was arriving in the Fall. The story would then be continued with Fractured Steel in the Winter.

In a blog post, the team said that after further discussion, they made the decision that they “would like the Brotherhood’s return to Appalachia to be a larger moment for the game.” This means that Steel Dawn and Fractured Steel are going to be combined to give players more story quests to access. More details on this change will be released in the coming weeks.

Even though some things are going to be moved to 2021, Bethesda has assured players that there are still a lot of things to be excited about as 2020 comes to an end.

Look What’s Returning

As the final reward for all the effort made with the Fortifying ATLAS community challenges, Grahm and Chally are coming back to serve another helping of the Meat Week Seasonal Event. Then again, Grahm is always looking for an excuse to celebrate his favorite holiday.

However, there’s going to be some changes, and these are based on the community feedback received during the previous Meat Week. In this one, all Prime Beasts are going to display quest targets. This should make them easier to track down.

Meanwhile during the final creature wave, players only need to take down the boss beast to complete Primal Cuts.

The Primal Cuts event is going to start on September 22 at 11:00 AM ET. The first Meat-Cook then kicks off at 12:00 PM ET. Primal Cuts events are then going to start every 15 minutes around Appalachia. Grahm’s Meat–Cook will appear each hour near Vault 76. The final Meat-Cook event is going to be on September 28 at 12:00 PM ET.
