A new rumor focuses on upcoming DLC and updates for Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite including the return of beloved characters.

In a reddit post, user DasVergeben claims to have information on upcoming DLC updates for games like Street Fighter V and the Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, as well as upcoming titles like Dragon Ball FighterZ and even some unannounced games.

We’re focusing on the alleged leak about MvC: Infinite, because it’s the lengthiest and is almost too good to be true. However, DasVergeben claims to have called the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles being added to Injustice 2 a week before its announcement.

The post says the next batch of characters added to Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite will be Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, Asura, Gill and Lady. These characters will be part of Season 2. The user’s unnamed sources say the final character of this season will either be Rashid or Apollo Justice.

DasVergeben also lists a ton of characters that are currently in development or were during the game’s inception, including Green Goblin, Wolverine, Cyclops, Psylocke, Magneto, Storm, Deadpool, Doctor Doom, Daredevil, Captain Commando, Nina, Deis, Regina, Gene, Vergil and Akuma.

The user also claims four-player 2 vs 2 mode will be added to the game in the future.

The timeframe specified in the post runs through the summer of 2018. If this leak proves true, Marvel vs Capcom fans will have a ton of new content for months.

Capcom has done a great job of continually adding new content and characters to its games after its release (see: Street Fighter V) and it shouldn’t be any surprise that Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite should receive the same love.

So what do you think of this supposed Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite leak? Which character don’t you see from this leak that you hope is added? Let us know in the comments section below.
