Love Is In The Air As World Of Warcraft Celebrates The Month Of Love

Azeroth may be a dangerous place, but it's not stopping World of Warcraft from celebrating the month of love. Beginning on February 8 and until February 21, players can participate in different events and earn achievements.

The event offers a Seasonal Boss where players with characters level 20 and above can go against Apothecary Hummel. This gives players a Heart-Shaped Box that contains holiday loot as a daily reward. The Main Quest Line meanwhile has players take a closer look at the Crown Chemical Company at the request of the Steamwheedle Cartel.

There are also Daily Quests that hand out experience and money. Players also receive Love Tokens in order to buy holiday items. Holiday items include:

• Mounts
  • Big Love Rocket
    • If you're lucky enough, the Heart-Shaped Box could drop and give you this stylish flying mount.
  • Swift Lovebird
    • This adorable and pink bird may be flightless, but it's sure to set the mood for any planned acrophobic romantic engagements.
    • The item can be exchanged for Love Tokens at the player's faction’s Lovely Merchants. These are NPC vendors located in capital cities.
• Pets
  • Toxic Wasteling
    • While disgusting, this friendly ooze grows in size and eats any critters that cross your path.
  • Truesilver Shafted Arrow
    • Get to summon a little winged goblin of love.
    • Use Love Tokens to buy this at your faction's Lovely Merchants.
  • Lovebird Hatchling
    • This pink lovebird is available from the Lovely Merchants.
