League of Legends: Patch 11.20 Buffs Imperial Mandate and Nerfs Irelia

League of Legends Patch 11.20 is available on the PBE and will be released to the live servers next week. In this patch, the Imperial Mandate gets buffed as the damage on the initial hit is increased. There is also a bug fix for the said item that now properly credits anyone who hits or kills the marked target.

Irelia has been hit by the nerf hammer again. This time, her Ionian Fervor’s damage ratio has been decreased to 20%. This is huge, especially in the late game. However, this does not come as a surprise since she is still effective in solo lanes and her ban rate remains relatively high.

Taliyah has been seen as a viable jungler, so the developers at Riot Games have nerfed her Threaded Volley slightly by reducing the damage to monsters from subsequent hits to 75% from the previous 80%.

On the flip side, Hecarim has received some buffs to his Spirit of Dread ability. It now has a flat 18-second cooldown and its healing cap for non-Champions has been increased.

Furthermore, Elise is a bit tougher now since her base health is increased, as well as her armor per level.
