Honkai Impact 3rd is having an interesting crossover with none other than Genshin Impact. Then again, it may not be that surprising since both are developed by miHoYo. The crossover happens on July 9 and players get to meet Prinzessin der Verurteilung and experience a new adventure in the Outworld Quest event.
Crossover Character
Prinzessin der Verurteilung is actually Fischl from Genshin Impact. Players can get the SP battlesuit for free when they log in for the first time. For Honkai Impact 3rd , Prinzessin der Verurteilung is the first archer of the game. Her gameplay focuses on what’s known as "weakspot aiming." This lets players increase the damage and hit feedback by hammering at the weak spots of the enemy. She can quick-fire in conjunction with Oz as well as being able to cast QTE on the field to assist teammates.
Genshin Impact’s Keqing is also making an appearance in this crossover. While she’s not available for the entire event, she’s playable in some story battles in addition to guiding the players to move the story forward.
Crossover Event
In the Outworld Quest event, players get to experience a world where magic exists side-by-side with technology. Players can explore the maps and even interact with objects and different NPCs. There are also some fun subquests to unlock.
The crossover is available on iOS, Android, and PC. Additional details of the crossover are to be revealed before the event arrives.
New Promotion
Honkai Impact 3rd announced a partnership with Kungfu Tea, a milk tea brand in America and Canada. Players can order milk tea for a chance to win different prizes, like an exclusive keychain, exclusive stigma, and even an iPhone 12. This promotion runs from July 12 to August 12.
Genshin Impact is an open-world adventure game released in 2020. The game has players take on the role of a Traveler journeying across Teyvat in search of their lost sibling. As players travel, they meet different characters, defeat enemies, and go deeper into the mysteries of Teyvat.
Honkai Impact 3rd is set in a more modern world corrupted by a mysterious energy called Honkai. Players lead a group of Valkyries in the fight against the Honkai to protect the world.
